Survey Project Manager Location: Lansdale, PA (onsite) Type: Full-time, direct hire Industry: Civil Engineering Compensation:$120,000 to $150,000 per year depending on experience Our team is representing a Civil Engineering client with a full-time opportunity for a Survey Project Manager. This role involves leading survey operations and project activities. The ideal candidate will bring 8 or more years of surveying experience and live within a commutable distance to the Lansdale, PA area for an onsite work environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough quality reviews of survey-related documents including plans, plats, descriptions, title reports, and construction layout packages. Provide weekly progress updates to project teams, management, and other stakeholders. Lead survey operations across multiple projects including staff oversight, technical resource coordination, and client interaction. Implement and maintain strong quality control procedures and safety standards. Communicate the company's business model clearly during written and verbal business development activities. Participate in business development efforts aimed at strengthening existing relationships and creating new opportunities. Identify ways to improve client satisfaction and support long-term relationship growth. Monitor project budgets to ensure accuracy and overall profitability. Prepare and review project billing information for monthly invoicing and coordinate with accounting on outstanding receivables. Support efforts that strengthen the company's market presence and industry reputation. Contribute to team development, mentor staff, and assist with contract preparation. Maintain professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude in alignment with company values and performance expectations. Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to meeting workload and project demands. Qualifications Proven success in business development and project leadership within the surveying field. Eight or more years of professional surveying experience. PLS certification is preferred. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
