Yoh has an immediate, 12 month contract opportunity, as an Lab Technician II- 1st Shift within the Life Sciences / Biotechnology industry to jour client, Onsite, to report to their office in Salt Lake City, UT $22-23/hr. on a W2 8AM-5PM (must have some flexibiilty) 9hr days, every other Friday is off) What You Will Be Doing Stock and inventory project-specific lab supplies. Support weekly cleaning to maintain a safe, organized lab. Follow detailed instructions to execute experiments and procedures. Work in a BSL-2 environment with proper PPE and sterile techniques. Perform PCR work while ensuring proper contamination control. Record all work in electronic laboratory notebooks. Operate and maintain lab equipment and workspaces per SOPs and safety standards. Provide regular updates to your supervisor on task progress. Perform additional duties as needed. Adhere to corporate policies and all Quality Management System guidelines. Who You Are Education: HS Diploma/GED required; Associates degree preferred in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life science (or equivalent hands-on lab experience) Lab Exposure: Academic, internship, or early-career experience in a microbiology or regulated lab setting *Complete Job Description will be supplied upon submission to end client* If This Sounds Like You, Apply Now!
