Are you a talented developer with a passion for automation and legal technology? Join our dynamic team as a Power Platform Developer, where you'll have the opportunity to shape innovative legal process automation solutions that make a real impact. This role is vital in supporting our Legal department by designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge automation using the Power Platform and other advanced tools. Whether remote or local to Seattle, you'll collaborate with legal professionals to translate their business needs into seamless technical solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with legal business users to understand their automation requirements
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions utilizing Power Platform solutions, Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Support legal process automation projects, including GPT development and TAP Workflow Automation when applicable
  • Manage user testing, gather feedback, and document designs clearly for stakeholders
  • Intake new projects, participate in meetings, and ensure timely delivery of automation solutions


Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform products: Solutions, Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI
  • Proven ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate into technical designs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with non-technical legal users
  • Experience with automation development, including GPT and workflow automations a plus


Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Mitratech's TeamConnect TAP Workflow Automations
  • Experience working within legal or highly regulated environments
  • Additional expertise in other automation or programming languages


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of relevant development experience, preferably within legal or enterprise automation projects
