Third Shift Manufacturing Supervisor needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess: Associate degree in a related field preferred or equivalent leadership experience. Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of leadership experience. Ability to work 6pm - 6am; working 2X2X3; every other weekend Pay Range: $30 - $35/hr; depending on experience What You'll Be Doing: Responsible for managing a team of operators, packers and material handlers, while partnering with the quality team to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. This skilled and detail-oriented role will be essential in ensuring the precision, high quality and consistency of our manufacturing processes. Focusing on Safety, Team Management, Quality Management, Training, Scheduling, Problem Solving, Documentation, Compliance, Cleanroom Maintenance, Inventory Management, and Continuous Improvement. What You Need to Bring to the Table: Associate degree in a related field preferred or equivalent leadership experience. Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of leadership experience. Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills Attention to detail and precision of work Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Intricate knowledge of computers, software applications (Microsoft office, ERP, etc.) Ability to lift to 75 lbs. consistently and higher occasionally. Ability to stand for extended periods Manual dexterity to handle small components Bonus Points!
