Third Shift Manufacturing Supervisor
needed for a contract
opportunity with Yoh's client located in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:
  • Associate degree in a related field preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of leadership experience.
  • Ability to work 6pm - 6am; working 2X2X3; every other weekend
  • Pay Range: $30 - $35/hr; depending on experience


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Responsible for managing a team of operators, packers and material handlers, while partnering with the quality team to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • This skilled and detail-oriented role will be essential in ensuring the precision, high quality and consistency of our manufacturing processes.
  • Focusing on Safety, Team Management, Quality Management, Training, Scheduling, Problem Solving, Documentation, Compliance, Cleanroom Maintenance, Inventory Management, and Continuous Improvement.


What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • Associate degree in a related field preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and precision of work
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Intricate knowledge of computers, software applications (Microsoft office, ERP, etc.)
  • Ability to lift to 75 lbs. consistently and higher occasionally.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity to handle small components


Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cleanroom or medical device manufacturing environment preferred.
  • English/ Spanish language is desired.
