OVERVIEW

AsanWarehouse Lead, you willserve as the frontline operational leader, bridging efforts between hourly staff and management. This role ensures seamless day-to-day warehouse operations, upholds safety and quality standards, and supports continuous improvement and staffing continuity, includingcovering forcall-offs and providing flexible shift support.

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Leadand coordinate daily activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.





  • Assist the Warehouse Manager with process implementation to enhance productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer service.





  • Provide input to the Manager onperformance metrics and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).





  • Conduct routine safety and equipment checks; ensure compliance with safety protocols.





  • Train, mentor, and provide coaching to warehouse team members;assistwith onboarding, performance feedback, and acknowledging excellent performance.





  • Assistwith inventory cycle counts, discrepancies reporting, and documentation of stock movements.





  • Maintain organized and clean workspaces, ensuring audit readiness and adherence to housekeeping standards.





  • Step in during staff absences or call-offs tomaintainoperational continuity across shifts.



WORK EXPERIENCES



  • 1-2 years in an industrial manufacturing and/or warehouse environment preferred





  • Prior forklift ortowmotor experience preferred.Abilityto be certified isrequired.






  • Proven ability to successfully meet customer and management deadlines.





  • Works in varying weather conditions and performs physical tasks such as climbing in and out oftrucksand trailers.



EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES)



  • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds,frequentlylift and/or move up to 25poundsand occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depthperceptionand Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employeeis regularly required tostand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.





  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills





HOURS: 1st Shift 6:00am - 2:30pm

PAY RANGE: $19.03 - $25.63 hourly
