Description Maine Medical CenterManagement/Leadership Summary: The Supervisor - Case Management provides strategic, clinical, and operational supervisory leadership for a multidisciplinary case management team within an academic hospital environment. This role has direct supervisory responsibility for daily operations, staff performance, workflow oversight, and adherence to departmental standards. The Supervisor ensures the delivery of highquality, patientcentered care coordination across the continuum, drives effective utilization of healthcare resources, and maintains compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and academic mission requirements. This is a newly created position within the department, designed to strengthen operational support and ensure consistent leadership presence.
