Description

The Revenue Integrity Analyst I role is responsible for improving revenue results by taking a global view of clinical and financial processes, functions, and interdependencies from the provision of patient care to final bill generation.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: Applicable professional certification through AHIMA (CCA) or AAPC (CPC A, COC-A) required. Must obtain professional credential within 6 months of hire into position.
  3. Experience: One year of experience in a hospital setting, healthcare industry or coding required. EPIC HB/PB experience preferred.
