As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol in Disputanta, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with site personnel, document observations, and respond to concerns with customer service at the center of every interaction. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, drivers, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the warehouse, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter, documenting observations and reporting maintenance or operational concerns per post orders.
• Monitor access points and shipping and receiving activity by checking identification, processing visitors, verifying deliveries and/or pickups, and controlling entry for vehicles and personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing alarms, disturbances, and policy violations, and escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as required.
• Complete shift activity logs and incident reports, and use site systems such as cameras, radios, and access control tools to support security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
