Duties, Responsibilities & Other
Essential Duties and Responsibilities*: The Director of Systems Performance and Integration at KCI is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of staff and systems as it relates to tracking operational performance related to design accuracy, production rates, and project milestones.
Develop and Implement key performance metric tracking systems addressing both internal and external (client facing) performance.
- Develop KPIs and Performance metric Dashboards to measure ongoing operational performance by Client, Work Type, Project Manager, Organization and Geographical Region.
- Interface between users and KCI Technology, IT and Financial organizations to achieve integrated solutions for data delivery and reporting. Utilize systems including Power BI, Dynamics 365, Excel, PowerPoint and others to demonstrate, perform analysis and communicate system performance and Opportunities for improvement.
- Lead effort to augment, enhance and refine current design standards platform (Knowledge Based Training tools) for new employees and supervisors.
- Lead projects to establish new design standards platforms for the integration of new clients into the corporate portfolio as required.
- Support Market Leader in development of new business integration (clients and acquisitions) to satisfy financial, HR, and Operations onboarding requirements.
- Support Market Leader in developing communications to Board, Executive and Leadership teams as required and/or Quarterly to Service Lines organization on Business strategies and results
- Interface with teams to identify, analyze, evaluate and improve Business Process flows and technical workflow for improved efficiency and improved organizational performance.
- Continuously evaluate processes for opportunities for increased automation including AI implementation, human performance training and workflow modification.
- Manage Resource allocations to match Market and Service Line financial targets.
- Create, lead, or participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements
- Engage with stakeholders and users to understand how data-driven changes to processes, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiency and add value
- Exercise judgement in developing and implementing methods and techniques to obtain desired results following industry best practices.
- Deliver services within the allocated budget.
- Develop functional and technical documentation.
- Regularly interact and build relationships with team members, managers, customers, and business partners including:
- Support development of proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- Support business development and marketing initiatives by meeting with customers and prospective customers, attending industry events, and giving presentations
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education and/or Work Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong Financial acumen in supporting Market Revenues, Margin, and Profitability
- Data Analytics and visualization knowledge in tools including Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and Power Query,
- Ability to develop and maintain deep knowledge of customers, data, business, and markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background check is a condition of employment. Motor vehicle checks may be required. Education and/or Work Experience Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Experience in utilities, facilities, and/or state/local government markets is preferred.
- Background in the Electric or Gas Utility industry is preferred.
