Responsible for the administration of the operational and general business functions of a Division, including the academic and clinical components of the Division. The Operations Supervisor reports to the Administrator in the Administrative Services Group (ASG).I. Major Responsibilities: 1. Directs and supervises assigned personnel including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training, divisional staff levels, human resources functions, physician coverage scheduling, billing processes and operations. Make recommendations on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolves grievances and other personnel problems within position responsibilities. 21. Monitors billing revenue to ensure maximum reimbursement. Reviews financial and productivity forecasts.22. Monitors and approves expenditures during the fiscal year ensuing compliance with Budget. All responsibilities are essential job functions. II.
