Job Overview Flexan, an Ingersoll Rand business, is seeking a Cost Accountant with experience in equipment manufacturing who brings strong analytical horsepower and sound accounting fundamentals. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting manufacturing operations through cost and variance analysis (material, labor, overhead), along with inventory and asset accounting, and month-end close activities. Beyond execution, you'll play a key role in strengthening costing, improving data integrity, and enhancing reporting and internal controls that help move the organization forward. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, asking questions, and translating complex manufacturing data into clear, actionable insight.
