The Job at a Glance As the Outbound Supervisor (Internally known as Captain, OEM Parts Wranglers) you will supervise a team of Warehouse Rockstars, drive safety initiatives, work to maximize productivity and quality within your team, and assure that all of our customer orders are fulfilled each day. The salary range for this role is $62,320.50- $76,169.50 annually ($29.96 - $36.61 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
