You bring deep expertise in web analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement, and you thrive at translating data into clear, actionable improvements that drive engagement and conversion. You operate with a product mindset, defining hypotheses, success metrics, and experiment briefs, while partnering closely with Web Experience Design, Web Programs & Operations, and Web Engineering to prioritize and execute high-impact initiatives that support the business and drive success. You are comfortable leading a core discipline as a team of one, setting standards, establishing best practices, and influencing outcomes through data and collaboration rather than authority. You'll collaborate across teams to improve the user experience of Snowflake's corporate website and related properties, helping to define and execute a forward-looking web vision. In this role, you will own Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target end to end, establish a trusted reporting and experimentation cadence, and help position Snowflake's corporate web platform for future personalization and AI-powered web experiences. Your work will directly impact how users engage with Snowflake's digital presence and how the web team makes data-informed decisions.
