PT Outpatient

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a 12-week outpatient assignment. Below are the key details and requirements for this position:

• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at the time of application.
• No on-call duties, weekend, or holiday work required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
• Experience with adult outpatient cases, including diagnoses such as Parkinson's, stroke, MS, and gait/balance dysfunction.
• Must hold a valid NJ PT license.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• EPIC experience is required.
• Must be fully vaccinated, including the COVID booster.

• Caseload: At least 9 cases per day.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Any color scrubs are acceptable.

RTLS Badge: If a traveler receives an RTLS badge, they will be required to sign a facility attestation confirming receipt. Further details regarding badge costs will be provided.
