We seek a highly motivated and dynamic individual that can thrive in fast-paced project environments. The individual should be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously but also excel in prioritizing tasks effectively based on project timelines and team needs. Strong organizational skills are necessary to ensure that all project components are in sync. Effective communication skills are required to facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders alike.

The Project Manager will support the development and implementation of solutions in the data center and semiconductor fab new construction space. This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams, contractors, supply chain, and key internal stakeholders to help us win new business and execute on that business. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a can-do attitude when faced with obstacles.

Position Details:

  • Preferred location is Naperville, IL

  • Open to candidates living anywhere in the U.S.

What You Will Do:

The GHT New Construction Team is rapidly growing. Additional help is needed to support this dynamic growth. Areas and Tools to be managed are:

  • New Construction Site and Project Tracking Tools for both the Data Center and Microelectronic businesses

  • Construction Project Equipment and Services Sourcing

  • Schedule and coordinate segments of projects to meet cost and time objectives

  • Customer and Prospect Webinar Marketing Coordination and Support

  • Large New Construction Project Meeting Support

  • BDM Construction Project Support

  • Utilize Ecolab Project Management Tools to support Construction Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain or related and 5 years of experience

  • 3 years of project management experience within a customer facing environment.

  • Immigration sponsorship not applicable for this position

  • 5-10% overnight travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • General water treatment knowledge

  • Knowledge of Ecolab's project management tools

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $101,400.00 - $152,100.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
