We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator for a short-term temporary assignment supporting a busy Human Resources team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong I-9 compliance, EAD tracking, HRIS data entry, and ADP Workforce Now experience. Advanced Excel skills are required, as this position involves detailed compliance reporting and spreadsheet management.

Key Responsibilities:

I-9 & Employment Authorization Compliance (Primary Focus)



  • Process and verify Form I-9 documentation in compliance with USCIS and federal regulations.
  • Track and monitor Employment Authorization Documents (EADs), ensuring timely renewals and updates.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical I-9 records and conduct routine compliance audits.
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external compliance reviews.


Onboarding Administration



  • Distribute and collect new hire paperwork, including onboarding documents, employee handbook acknowledgments, and state/federal tax forms.
  • Ensure completion of required employment documentation and order I-9 forms as needed.
  • Enter and maintain accurate employee data in ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS systems.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and support orientation scheduling.


General HR Support



  • Respond to employee inquiries related to onboarding and work authorization.
  • Assist with HR reporting, compliance documentation, and special projects.



Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of employment compliance regulations, and the ability to manage confidential information with precision and accuracy.
