Overview ABOUT THE POSITION Land Development Senior Project Manager| Hybrid | VT VHB's growing VT offices are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Land Development group. The successful candidate will work with our team of professionals to manage all aspects of site/civil engineering for public and private sites for our diverse portfolio of ski resort, real estate, energy, infill development, and state and municipal infrastructure projects. Responsibilities
Work independently with integrated teams of engineers, environmental scientists, and landscape architects in developing site/civil engineering plans and specifications for a multitude and public and private projects with a focus on sustainability and resiliency

Our best estimate of the salary range for this position located in Vermont is $125,000-160,000. This offer is determined based on a number of job-related factors including internal comparators, skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities and geographic location.
