We are searching for a talented RN for a Med/Surg- Palliative Unit *UP TO $8,400 NEW HIRE SIGN ON BONUS!* Hours: 28hrs Shift: Evening shift, 3:00pm - 11:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA Atwood 5 is a 43 bed Medical/Surgical nursing unit. The patient population consists of adults and geriatrics with muti-system problems and diagnoses with some patients requiring surgical intervention. Atwood 5 specializes in the care of the Oncology and Palliative Care patients. **Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours. Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Under direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee of individual assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.
