As a Production Coordinator you will provide support to the essential production process at our Eleanor WV site.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Receive reports of material consumption and usage from all work centers throughout the pre-assembly and fabrication plant, review those reports, and correctly enter transactions into ERP to properly reflect in the ERP what occurred on the production floor.
  • Receive, group, bag, and deliver production orders to the proper workstations on the floor.
  • Review parts requests from production leads and supervisors. Create and distribute production orders.
  • Receive items in the ERP as instructed by project managers or project coordinators for items received on 3rd party job sites. Collect and distribute receiving personnel receivers for materials delivered to pre-assembly plant.
  • Work with the Bill of Material and Quality department to issue emergency orders as necessary.
  • Assist the Quality Control department in updating the customer complaint registry.
  • Print and distribute pick lists to the packing and loading department.
  • Review lot control inventory assigned to specific orders and ensure all lot track items are correctly connected to their respective projects.
YOU HAVE:
  • A strong ability to pay close attention to detail to offer precise and accurate documents to others.
  • The ability to adjust quickly to frequent change and lead multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel. Previous experience in navigating and inputting data into an ERP system is a plus.
