First Shift (6AM - 2:30PM) Summary We are seeking a highly skilled individual that has experience with document control systems with specific knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015. This role will play a crucial part in the migration of site documents into a single source document control system. It will also have a large part in our journey to become ISO 9001 Certified across our Centralia, Illinois and Tempe, Arizona sites. Responsibilities * Develop and Maintain documentation related to ISO 9001 Certification, the Quality Management System and Document Control. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards through accurate record keeping. * Conduct document control auditing. * Collaborate between multiple departments to develop and document processes accurately. * Assist with documentation of Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) and Customer Complaint interface in Salesforce. * Assist in data analysis for internal and external defects and Root Cause Analysis. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Two years of technical documentation experience is required and 5 years in manufacturing is preferred. * Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, measuring and documenting quality concerns, corrective actions and root cause analysis. * Experience with quality control processes and measuring tools. * Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and written and verbal communication. * Ability to work collaboratively. * Ability to work independently with little supervision. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $17.20 - $31.90 Per Hour Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
