As an Energy Resilience Specialist on our team, you'll bring your strategic project management background to work on projects for Department of the Air Force clients in energy and water resilience programs and policy. You will work with cutting-edge energy and water management technologies and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions on defense resilience projects. You'll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, in defense energy and water programs.

You'll impact the work we do for Air Force clients and the solutions we deliver for strategic utilities planning, installation resilience, and mission continuity. Grow your career with us as you help solve complex resilience, project execution, and analytical problems for the Air Force.

You Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in project-based work and project management or coordination

  • Experience coordinating project timelines, actions, and communication with clients, external stakeholders, and contractors

  • Experience with project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring deliverables are on track

  • Ability to create and manage project documentation such as schedules, action items, memos, and stakeholder inputs

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines

  • Ability to assist in identifying risks and troubleshooting project challenges

  • Ability to contribute to a collaborative project team culture and foster positive relationships with clients

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Water Resources, Environmental Science, or Information Systems and 1+ years of experience supporting Air Force clients, or 2+ years of experience supporting Air Force clients in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with water resource management, digital water technologies, or the water sector in general

  • Knowledge of Air Force operations or water security and resource management technologies and practices

  • Knowledge of Air Force contracting processes, including federal procurement or military project experience

  • Ability to quickly gain knowledge of the project's methodologies, tools, and goals in preparation for transitioning into a leadership role as the project scales

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • Possession of excellent organizational skills

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills

  • Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
