Nuclear Science, Engineering, and Technology Director The Opportunity: Support customers across the life cycle of nuclear science and engineering Research and Development (R&D) programs as a senior technical Science, Engineering, and Technology Adviser (SETA). Apply technical subject matter expertise or market knowledge to guide the development and growth of publicly financed R&D programs. Characterize the state of a technical field, including identifying state-of-the-art technologies and promising new technological approaches. Perform technical analyses to recommend technology performance for nuclear-related technologies. Review highly technical proposals and support negotiations of selected projects, including advising on project plans, technical milestones for long lead time, and complex R&D projects. Perform direct, periodic oversight of portfolio projects' technical aspects, from start to close out, aiding the client in managing projects towards clear and compelling outcomes. You Have:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
