TRISTAR is seeking an experienced HR Specialist supporting Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) to provide professional human resources and EEO support services to the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division. This position supports a wide range of EEO and Human Capital programs and works closely with government leadership to ensure compliance with federal regulations and Department of the Navy policies.
