Summary: The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Talent Management is a highly strategic leader accountable for shaping and executing the organization's enterprise-wide talent. This role will drive initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines, evolve performance management, embed skills-based practices, and foster career development and mentoring programs. The AVP partners closely with senior executives, HR business partners, and business leaders to ensure talent strategies align with organizational priorities, culture, and future workforce needs. Qualifications:
This is an office based role with an expectation of three days per week on site (Irving, TX, Chicago, IL) #LI-JS1 Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $156,500.00 to $290,100.00.This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
