What You Will Do:



  • Lead and model strong performance across CE Technology sales operations for Central & South Texas.
  • Partner with store leadership and CE/CCE sales teams to grow technology adoption and market share.
  • Direct, motivate, and coach a professional sales team to achieve company goals.
  • Guide the full sales process - prospecting, research, closing, forecasting, analytics, and campaign development.
  • Manage sales activity and reporting in S2, along with expense and crossfunctional reporting.
  • Develop annual sales goals, benchmarks, and budgets aligned with financial and operational objectives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding evolving customer needs and coordinating solutions across all departments.
  • Strengthen technology expertise across the sales team, ensuring effective use of manufacturer programs and products.
  • Manage inventory and assets responsibly.
  • Foster a highly engaged work environment built on accountability, communication, teamwork, and customer focus.
  • Facilitate communication through openbook meetings, team meetings, and opendoor practices.
  • Protect and elevate the company's brand and reputation by upholding RDO Core Values in all interactions.
  • Lead staffing, development, training, performance management, and resource allocation for the sales organization.
  • Champion safe, ethical, and efficient business practices.
  • Participate in companysponsored training to advance skills and industry knowledge.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with peers, management, and support teams.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


What You Will Need:



  • Ability to travel around 50% - 75%. Frequency may vary based on regional and business needs.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience (preferred).
  • Industry and/or heavy equipment retail sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of local market conditions.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • High computer proficiency.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
