Position Summary

Aligning business and marketing objectives with promotional strategies, this position is responsible for the leadership and development with the division integrated marketing communications plan, predominantly focused on digital/interactive strategies, in support of the Parker Chomerics Win Strategy initiatives. Responsible for strengthening the division's offline and online presence and building brand awareness and loyalty as well as developing methods to support and communicate integrated product promotion activities. This position works in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Interacts with market managers, product managers, customer service, engineering and sales along with the division and group staff.

Responsibilities

  • Develops the integrated marketing communications plan to strengthen the division's offline and online presence and build brand loyalty. Proactively communicates the promotion strategy across the division and explains its relevance to meeting business objectives.
  • Creates differentiated messaging and value positions for the division brand and its products.
  • Defines and implements a digital marketing plan to include best-in-class experiences via the web and other interactive channels using content management system, eCommerce, marketing automation and other tools. Programs should deliver measurable improvements in lead generation, customer satisfaction, conversion and revenue.
  • Develops complementary offline message delivery tactics such as advertising, public relations, collateral development and trade show participation.
  • Integrates communications strategy and messages across all online and offline channels (i.e. marketing automation, email, eCommerce, Website, social media, mobile, display, print collateral, advertising, PR and trade promotions).
  • Develops specific promotional (lead generation) processes and programs for the division, in conjunction with product managers, sales and the marketing manager for new and existing products, along with new customer acquisition programs in an effective cost/performance manner.
  • Participates in continuous improvement of team, marketing and promotional processes. Stays abreast on ongoing development and issues and communicates digital user needs, gaps and opportunities for improvement with key business stakeholders.
  • Serve as an advocate for digital marketing as a way to match promotional strategies to the buying behavior of customers and drive high return on investment for division promotional budget.
  • Establishes and evaluates metrics for program success and plans for analyzing and measuring results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.

  • 4-6 years' experience in digital marketing required, preferably with business to business brands.

  • Strong skills in integrated marketing communications including digital/interactive marketing, on-line communications, website content development, database marketing strategies and eCommerce initiatives.
  • Proficient understanding of online market concepts, such as Google ad words, digital advertising, social media presence, blogs.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Proven understanding of the buying and sales cycle and how integrated marketing and digital communications initiatives can support the business objectives.

Conditions of Employment

Competitive Compensation

  • Pay Range: $100300 to $166900 annually
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
