Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Senior Director, Implementations/Conversions to join our ever-evolving Implementations/Conversions team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you'll own as the Senior Director, Implementations/Conversions
  • Collaborate with other members of the Implementations/Conversions management team to establish division business strategies aligned with corporate goals and objectives, and effectively communicate these strategies as actionable items.
  • Demonstrate leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and outlining how goals and objectives will be achieved.
  • Oversee resource planning and allocation, supporting direct reports in meeting conversion timelines and requirements.
  • Manage a staff of multi-functional and technical professionals, including performance management, staffing, and employee relations.
  • Utilize knowledge of Worldpay's conversion management principles to identify, develop, and implement new processes, improve existing processes, and ensure compliance.
  • Establish and manage budget and revenue goals using financial and qualitative information and tools.
  • Interact directly with clients at a senior/executive management level, managing problem escalation and providing sales support.
  • Remain abreast of industry trends and technology standards.
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, computer science, or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Strong management, organizational, team building, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision, and executive presence.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
  • Ability to manage productivity, planning, and workload, and to design, document, and implement process improvements.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $186,000.00-$280,800.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.This position is eligible for bonus.
