Job Summary

Analyzes database requirements and designs logical and physical data models, schemas, and access methods to ensure efficient data organization and security. Develops and implements database recovery plans, validation checks, and optimization procedures to maintain data integrity and availability. Coordinates with database software vendors and external technical support to evaluate system upgrades, resolve issues, and recommend solutions for improved performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzes somewhat complex data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that align with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinates somewhat complex data collection processes to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of datasets.
  • Develops somewhat complex dashboards and reports to communicate findings and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Implements standard procedures and tools for data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.
  • Evaluates data-related challenges, identifying root causes and recommending solutions to improve data quality and usability.
  • Communicates findings and recommendations to stakeholders, using data visualization and storytelling techniques to enhance understanding.
  • Identifies opportunities to optimize existing data processes and systems, driving efficiency and improving outcomes.
  • Documents data workflows, methodologies, and reporting procedures to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Recommends best practices for data governance and analytics, contributing to the development of organizational data strategies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Required Education & Experience

    Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience: 2-4 years

    Preferred Education & Experience

    Licenses/Certificates: Relevant certifications in data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Google Data Analytics) Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
