Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Counsel - Raleigh

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly motivated Counsel to join its Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group in the Firm's Raleigh, NC office.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates will have at least 3+ years of experience in business, commercial creditor's rights, insolvency, and related litigation.
• Prepare Federal and State legal documents such as pleadings (including motions, briefs, responses, complaints, etc.), and discovery related documents.
• Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes.
• Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and depositions to support and assist other attorneys.
• Candidates must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in North Carolina.
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Please note that Womble Bond Dickinson's counsel track opportunities are off-track/not partner track and therefore have a reduced billable hour requirement.
