Mortenson is looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our Solar group who thrives in a dynamic environment and can collaborate across all levels of the organization. This role requires flexibility, resourcefulness, and professionalism, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail. You'll support the Project Manager from bid preparation through final client acceptance, while leading and mentoring project team members. The ideal candidate can anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and develop creative, practical solutions. Location: Must be open to any location in the continental United States Travel: This is a 100% travel position; locations may vary based on the project. Mortenson hires for a career and not a project. When your project is complete you will be assigned to another project. RESPONSIBILITIES

The base pay range for this role is $102,000 - $137,700. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
