Ensure selected solutions align with operational roadmaps and are implementable within existing technical constraints. Execution Frameworks & Standardization
Develop and maintain standardized execution frameworks for AI delivery, including intake, prioritization, readiness, stage-gating, integration, deployment, and adoption. Apply consistent delivery practices across initiatives to enable scalability and repeatability. Document lessons learned and best practices to inform future delivery. Change Enablement & Workforce Impact Coordination
Coordinate change management activities related to AI-enabled automation and workflow transformation. Partner with HR, Operations, and Communications to support training, adoption, and workforce transition activities. Facilitate alignment and engagement across teams impacted by AI-driven change.
