Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC seeks a Corporate Front Office & Operations Coordinator to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking professional who can perform a range of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be competent in prioritizing and comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion and incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

The successful applicant will be able to apply and grow their skills, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS' capabilities to serve our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

As the Corporate Front Office & Operations Coordinator, you will:

Front Office, Administrative & Facilities Support



  • Maintain smooth and efficient front office operations while ensuring a welcoming, organized, and professional corporate environment.


  • Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely restocking and orderly presentation.


  • Support administrative and operational projects, including electronic data management,


  • Assist with New Hire activities such as:

    • Office Badge Process


  • Managed the company's Acknowledgement Program for Work milestones and Life events.


  • Providing general office support to all corporate departments.


  • Preparing various documents for operations, tenant handbooks, emergency contact lists, emergency response plans, and maintaining property files.


  • Sorting and distributing mail, shipping, and receiving packages.


  • Provide administrative support to senior-level leaders, including calendar management, expense report processing, and other administrative duties as needed.



Corporate Events & Employee Engagement



  • Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of corporate meetings, events, and employee engagement activities


  • Manage office and event lunch orders, including recurring meals, leadership meetings, trainings, and company-wide events


  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, including room configuration, signage, decor, and cleanliness


  • Ensure meeting rooms and event spaces are properly prepared with supplies, refreshments, and materials


  • Coordinate AV, technology needs, and vendor logistics for meetings and events


  • Provide onsite support during events to ensure a smooth and positive experience


  • Support company celebrations, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives


  • Ensure all events and meals align with corporate branding, budget guidelines, and company values



Required Qualifications:



  • A minimum of two to four years of administrative experience is required.


  • PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to learn company-specific software.


  • Ability to adapt to new or changing software programs.


  • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence, with the ability to manage both internal and external calls.



Other Requirements:



  • Experienced in coordinating and executing corporate meetings and calendar management


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and follow through on assignments.


  • Excellent writing and proofreading abilities.


  • Proficiency with standard office equipment
