Responsibilities

The Resilient Missile Warning/Missile Tracking (Resilient MWT) Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) program provides a capability-based, phased delivery approach to meet the operational objective system that fully satisfies the Missile Warning (MW) and Missile Defense (MD) Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Capability Development Document (CDD).

The Integrated Master Scheduler will work with stakeholders in the PMO and functional teams to ensure quality inputs and baseline integrity aligning with government and company standards. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who understands how to effectively and independently drive timely and accurate support of the IMS, using MS Project. We are seeking a critical thinker with expertise in scheduling best practices and compliance, able to make recommendations for alternative ways to view program information enabling program management decisions.

Responsibilities:

    Coordinate regularly with the PMO, program stakeholders, and the Customer to gather resource requirements for program deliverables such as the IPMDAR and the IMS.
  • Integrate System Security processes, activities, system security ADRLs, cyber test events, and cyber authorization need dates into the IMS.
  • Integrate the PPIP planning and artifacts into the IMS.
  • Coordinate with the Chief Engineer and Software Development Tech Lead that the software build plan is consistent with the IMS.
  • Attend PMO meetings to provide status of the IMPDAR and IMS and elevate outstanding issues with the development and on-time completion of the deliverables.
  • Attend Customer meetings as required to provide insight on the IPMDAR and IMS.
  • Coordinate with the MBSE to verify that changes within the IMS are captured in the MBSE.
  • Elevate resourcing risks to the Risk Management Team and Business Manager.
  • Support Customer audits as required
  • Work with the Business Manager to develop standard repeatable processes for Control Account Managers to follow and deliver required monthly inputs for the development of the IPMDAR and IMS.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience. Four (4) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of MS Project experience, preferably with a software or system engineering background.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Experience working with Program leadership, Control Account Managers and Product Owners to identify project slack and dependencies, develop, analyze, and manage schedules that comply with a program's Statement of Objectives (SOO), Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), and the Contract Statement of Work (CSOW).
  • Experience establishing and monitoring the execution of the program towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria.
  • Experience applying data analytics skills to simplify technical requirements, establish metrics, and apply data visualization through different formats and tools.
  • Experience with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) project management guideline to ensure qualitative and quantitative schedule evaluation.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with communicating with all levels of management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira tool or equivalent tracking systems
  • Experience with Agile Framework.
  • Experience working with Agile scrum teams, agile project management, agile software development, and/or software version control management.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture, application planning, and deployment.
  • Experience with Model Based System Engineering concepts and tools such as CAMEO.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
