Position Summary

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's C2ISR Division (AFLCMC/C3I).

The C2ISR Division (AFLCMC/C3I) delivers comprehensive, cradle-to-grave life cycle management for a diverse portfolio of Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) systems supporting Air Force and Joint operations worldwide. Headquartered at Robins Air Force Base, GA, the division provides end-to-end support across major platforms and systems including the U-2, E-8C JSTARS, Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS), and the Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS), as well as additional programs transitioning into sustainment.

The division executes full-spectrum life cycle management functions spanning acquisition, systems engineering, supply chain and materiel management, maintenance, financial planning and budgeting, security, flight test, and contracting. Through this integrated approach, C2ISR ensures mission-critical systems remain operational, modernized, and aligned with evolving warfighter requirements.

Within the division, the Global Network Systems (GNS) Branch, located at Hanscom AFB, MA, serves as a key organization responsible for advancing network-enabled C2ISR capabilities. Reporting directly to the C2ISR Senior Materiel Leader, GNS executes critical programs that enhance global connectivity and operational effectiveness, including the AF DCGS Network Infrastructure Transformation (NIT), Extended Tether Program (ETP), and Global Command and Control System - Air Force Infrastructure (GCCS-AF (I)).

Through the integration of advanced network infrastructure, enterprise systems, and mission-critical data capabilities, the C2ISR Division and GNS Branch enable real-time intelligence dissemination, resilient communications, and decision superiority across the battlespace.
