  • Support key campaigns and creative projects that align with Coborn's brand standards and communication goals.

  • Participate in day-to-day design workflows to understand how creative work supports the broader business and enhances the guest experience.

Strategic Design Project
  • Partner with a small group of interns (2-3) on a cross-functional design-focused project.

  • Research design trends, analyze brand needs, and develop creative solutions informed by business objectives and guest insights.

  • Present final concepts and project outcomes to the Operating Committee at the conclusion of the internship.

Cross-Department Learning
  • Participate in job shadows with leaders across the organization to see how design and marketing connect with operations, merchandising, HR, IT, and more.

  • Visit retail and non-retail locations to observe how design and branding come to life in real guest environments.

  • Attend cross-functional learning sessions that encourage collaboration and broaden business knowledge.

Development & Learning
  • Complete weekly learning activities, including creative exercises, readings, and guided reflections.

  • Join group sessions led by the Learning & Development team covering leadership topics, guest speakers, and business insights.

  • Build core professional skills through workshops focused on communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Mentorship & Support
  • Meet weekly with an assigned mentor for feedback, coaching, and career-focused discussions.
