Step onto the floor where skilled assembly meets opportunity. We're looking for Electro Mechanical Assemblers to join our crew and help keep products moving with precision, speed, and quality.

What You Bring to the Table

• 1+ years of hands-on soldering experience including through-hole and surface-mount soldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Able to regularly lift 20 lbs.
• Experience in soldering and assembling cable harnesses, connectors, and wire terminations
• Experience in electromechanical assembly is a plus
• Familiarity with technical documentation (mechanical drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly instructions)
• Ability to follow IPC soldering guidelines (IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification a plus)
• Strong verbal communication skills

What You'll Build Every Day

• Perform precise hand-soldering work on PCB assemblies, cable assemblies, and electronic components
• Assemble a variety of electronic and mechanical equipment with minimal supervision
• Follow drawings, schematics, work instructions, and documented procedures
• Document work progress and coordinate with Quality Assurance for inspections and nonconformance reporting
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized production workspace
• Perform other duties within the candidate's abilities and position as assigned by the Production Manager
