Responsibilities

  • Track and report Agile development project schedule and progress against plan (burn down charts, sprint progress, etc.).
  • Provide meeting facilitation support, to include sprint reviews, and manage meeting (agenda, minutes, and action items) and review outputs.
  • Manage documentation provided by development team as necessary.
  • Provide planning and reporting support; and ad hoc data requests.
  • Provide risk management support.
  • Facilitate and prepare meetings including agendas, minutes and action item tracking.
  • Extract data from source tools, compiling graphic representations, charts, statistical and financial tables, and narrative into reports suitable for distribution to senior client leaders.
  • Provide input to measure project performance based on given criteria.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative assessments and clearly articulate outcome and opportunities for improvement and recommendation for immediate, mid-term or long term implementation.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project timelines.
  • Provide input and weekly updates to project schedule.
  • Assist with support of Release Readiness Review and Production Readiness activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' experience required.
  • Understanding of VA's VIP IT project management and governance process preferred.
  • Ability to perform research, analysis, and risk management in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of methodologies, technologies, frameworks, and toolsets such as Agile methodology, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agility, Jira, VIP, etc.
  • Deep understanding of scaled agile development methodologies (SAFe).
  • This role requires high-level of professionalism; and oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to obtain Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) clearance.

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline.
  • Additional 8 years' relevant experience may be substituted for Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • Scaled agile framework (SAFe).
  • ITIL.

Location

  • Remote, USA.

Pay Range:

  • This position ranges from $55,000 to $64,500.
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
