Cash Posting Specialist (Remote with Local Support) Pay Rate: $16.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with increased flexibility after training) Location: Remote with occasional onsite support in Indianapolis, IN Contract Duration: 3 months with potential for extension/going direct based on performance About the Role We're seeking a detail-oriented Cash Posting Specialist to support revenue cycle operations for a healthcare services organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate payment posting, reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies. If you're experienced in insurance payment review and enjoy working independently in a structured, remote environment, this may be a great fit for you. Key Responsibilities * Review insurance EOBs and remittances for accuracy * Post payments in a timely and accurate manner * Research and resolve payment discrepancies * Support reconciliation processes and reporting * Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity expectations Qualifications * Previous experience with insurance-related payment review required * Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently in a remote environment Work Environment & Training * Remote position with occasional ability to report onsite in Indianapolis as needed * Training will be conducted primarily remotely * Work equipment will be picked up from the local Indianapolis site Why You'll Love This Opportunity * Consistent weekday schedule * Remote work with added flexibility after training * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to build or strengthen revenue cycle experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
