The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The Data Analyst supports the Patient Access Department Leadership with key operational, and revenue cycle reporting functions. The Data Analyst provides direct and indirect support to management team by analyzing key performance indicators, track and trend data to identify issues, and utilizes findings to improve departmental operations. The Data Analyst will utilize revenue cycle reports to analyze data, research root causes and assist in the development of action plans to improve processes and eliminate the loss of revenue. The role will play a key part in driving the success of the Revenue Cycle KPIs by utilizing data to identify and resolve issues within the Patient Access and overall Revenue Cycle Operations. The Analyst will be a key player in creating action plans to improve processes related to the Revenue Cycle KPIs, will be responsible for creating reports to display their findings as well as tracking results of improvement plans.
