We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Operation & Maintenance (O&M) team for our state-of-the-art Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) system.

As an O&M Engineer, you will undergo intensive training to operate and optimize UPW systems. You will lead and guide operators, work with a digital twin monitoring software for simulation and diagnostics and later engage for quality modelling and system optimization.

What You Will Do

  • Learn and operate UPW systems, from basic maintenance tasks to advanced troubleshooting of critical failures.
  • Lead and support a team of operators in daily operations.
  • Have a clear understanding of process design documents (mass balance, P&ID, SOO, etc).
  • Use the digital twin for system simulation, diagnostics, and predictive maintenance.
  • Be trained and operate complex process quality analyzers with good understanding in analytical chemistry to calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot the analyzers in terms of hardware, software, collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with our internal tools for quality modelling and performance analysis.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, incidents, and improvements.
  • Equipment includes (but not limited to) filtration, activated carbon, ion exchange, reverse osmosis, gas transfer membrane, electro-deionization, ultrafiltration, UV treatment, etc.
  • Always follow Health & Safety regulations and safe working requirements.

Position Details

  • The role is based at our client's facility in Chandler, AZ.
  • Typical work week is from Monday to Friday.
  • On-call period of 7 days every 5-6 weeks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Technical graduate education (Bachelor Science degree or equivalent) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Good knowledge in continuous process (gas, water, or similar fields).
  • A first experience in commissioning, start-up, operation, maintenance, service, or similar.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize a busy workload and flexibility to adjust to rapid changes in work conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal & intercultural skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Capacity to take decisions and proactivity.
  • Willingness to learn and apply hands-on skills
  • Good communication skills: you will be the image of the company on site and in front of the customer.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $80,000-$125,000 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
