In this role you will be part of a team in Ecolab Supply Chain's highly visible Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) transformation as we drive a cultural shift in continuous improvement. Assist in implementing rapid change; be a hands-on team member through the change process. Serve as a change agent by promoting process disciplines with a safety and quality focus. The environment is fast paced and the TPM Engineer will need to know how to prioritize projects, manage time and collaborate with multiple departments and individuals to achieve the same goals, manage projects and lead FI loss analysis, create charters for projects and manage TPM activities. The TPM Engineer will be self-motivated, detail-oriented and very engaged with the plant front line team. What You Will Do:
