The Payroll Compliance & Operations Analyst supports the accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of payroll operations. This role focuses on auditing payroll and payroll tax results, preparing legal and regulatory reports, assisting with testing payroll system changes, and partners with entire payroll services team to ensure accurate and compliant processing. This position plays a key role in strengthening internal controls, reporting, and assisting the department which functions for a large, multistate organization that oversees payroll for approximately 14,000 employees. The position will report to the Director of Payroll Services and can be a hybrid or remote role depending on the employee's home base. Responsibilities
