About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, detail-loving Paralegal who
thrives at the intersection of law, technology, and teamwork. In this
role, you'll partner with in-house attorneys and outside counsel to
keep litigation, investigations, and compliance efforts running smoothly-and on
deadline. You'll be a go-to organizer, researcher, and
problem-solver, juggling everything from discovery and legal holds to
contracts, invoices, and regulatory updates. If you enjoy turning complexity
into clarity, collaborating across departments, and keeping impeccable

What You'll Do:
- Support in-house attorneys and outside counsel with
litigation, subpoenas, and discovery by following established processes,
managing deadlines, and keeping matters organized and on track. - Contribute to regulatory and compliance efforts by
supporting legal projects tied to evolving business operations and applicable
laws. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work
environment to respond to requests, manage legal workflows, and
ensure timely, high-quality support across the organization. - Respond to general requests from clients, vendors, and
internal customers across various departments.
Who You Are:
- Associate's degree or
paralegal certification; or an equivalent combination of
education and experience. - Prior relevant work experience, preferably as a
corporate or law firm paralegal. - Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback and direction
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize, manage time, and
multitask in a deadline-driven environment - Accountability for completing projects with minimal
supervision - Ability to work both independently and as a contributing
team member - Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and
SharePoint - Research and presentation skills
- Desire to learn and grow in the position
Ideal to Have:
- Current (or willingness to obtain) Notary Public appointment
- Basic contract review and analysis experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Office365, and SharePoint
experience, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel - Advanced Adobe Acrobat Pro experience
