Continuous Improvement Specialist

Position Description and Purpose:

Key Essential Functions/Duties:

• Assist in planning and executing continuous improvement projects across departments.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven methods.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and process mapping sessions.
• Support the development of standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and report on project outcomes, including cost savings and performance improvements.
• Train and coach team members on Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable implementation of improvements.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
