As Executive Director of Strategic Employee and Client Communications, you will play a central role in ensuring that employees, clinicians, and staff across the system are informed, inspired, and connected to the organization's mission and strategic priorities. This is a highly visible leadership position with the opportunity to influence how one of the world's leading health systems communicates with its people-reinforcing culture, strengthening trust, and supporting organizational performance at scale. Salary Range: Minimum 226,482.00/annually - Maximum 314,272.00/annually. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
