Job Description:

We are seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented HR professional with strong Workday experience to support a series of critical HR projects over a six-month period. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Benefits implementation and provide hands-on support for HR operations initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Workday Benefits Implementation & HRIS Support
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the Workday Benefits module implementation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to transition benefits administration from a third-party provider to in-house.

  • Manage and validate interface files between Workday and external systems.

  • Ensure accurate configuration, testing, and deployment of the benefits module.

HR Operations Projects
  • Assist in rolling out an HR ticketing system to streamline employee inquiries.

  • Organize and restructure the HR shared drive, creating a new folder structure for improved accessibility.

  • Migrate employee files into a document management system and purge outdated records in compliance with retention policies.

  • Revamp HR SharePoint sites to enhance usability and content organization.

  • Review and update business processes in Workday created efficiency wherever possible

  • Support additional HR operations tasks as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work| Required

Pay Range:

$88,900.00 - $116,655.00

Pay Range Explained:

This role in Beaverton, Oregon pays between $88,900.00 and $116,655.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
