What We DoSupervises the day-to-day operations of a segment of the organization's title operations while complying with established policies and procedures. Participates in developing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures for the organization. Instills the notion within all employees that the business unit's primary goal is to provide the highest quality service possible to all our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise the day-to-day operational activities of employees who have responsibility for daily tasks in a customarily recognized department or functional area of the organization.
  • Assist with all personnel management, ensure appropriate wage and work hour laws are followed.
  • Prepare related reports and audit and monitor current procedures and processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure proper training of staff and provide ongoing coaching, while adhering to the established department practices and drive efforts for organizational flexibility through cross-training objectives.
  • Write and conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing performance feedback and goal setting. Advocate for employees and communicate compensation changes.
  • Participate in the interviewing process and make hiring recommendations.
  • Act as liaison with global teams through production monitoring and measuring performance against metrics. Ensure global production percentage is continuously increased and consistent with capabilities and training.
  • Drive problem solving activities and implement processes and metrics to ensure the operations meet goals and expectations (e.g. customer service, quality, turnaround time, cost)
  • Partner closely with stakeholders and customers to understand and support their needs and successfully implement solutions, ensuring a positive and efficient outcome.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to Manager.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of directly related experience
  • 2+ years demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role
  • Successful track record of executing day-to-day operational responsibilities, along with participating in, developing and completing projects in area of expertise
  • Able to implement and enforce processes to ensure compliance and quality
  • Emerging leadership skills
  • Provides others with reliable information and uses good listening and communication skills

Pay Range: $64,300.00 - $85,700.00 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
