Job Description

What is the opportunity?

We're seeking an Associate Director, Senior Product Manager/Business Analyst to join our CBDDT team and serve as a strategic bridge between our Securitization Financing business (part of Global Markets) and our technology organization. This hybrid role, based in Wilmington, Delaware, offers the chance to shape innovative technical solutions that directly impact our securitization platforms and internal operations. You'll partner closely with senior business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable products and data-driven insights that drive business value.

What will you do?

  • Drive stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation with senior business leaders to understand complex needs and translate them into actionable solutions

  • Own the product design and delivery lifecycle in close collaboration with development, UX design, and QA teams

  • Enable the Securitization Financing business through advanced data and analytics support, including dashboard and report development, ad-hoc data analysis, and data requirements modeling

  • Independently query SQL databases and leverage analytics tools (Excel, Python/Jupyter Notebook, Tableau, Alteryx, Tableau Prep) to extract, analyze, and interpret business data

  • Document detailed business and technical requirements using Jira and Confluence to guide development and ensure alignment across teams

  • Partner with the UX Design team to develop and refine user experience designs for new product features

  • Coordinate with QA teams on testing strategy and execution, and support business users through UAT testing and validation

  • Deliver training and enablement to ensure successful product adoption and business user proficiency

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field along with minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, or Product Manager in Capital Markets institutions, with a strong focus on business analysis, analytics, and product management

  • Proven track record of regularly engaging with and influencing senior business stakeholders through effective requirements elicitation and solution communication

  • Advanced SQL proficiency with ability to independently query and extract data from SQL databases for analysis

  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships

Nice to have:

  • Deep knowledge of Asset Backed Securitization (ABS) business processes, products, and market dynamics

  • Experience with Python/Jupyter Notebook, Tableau, and ETL tools (Alteryx or Tableau Prep)

The Expected Salary Range For The Above Position Is $160,000 - $210,000 Depending On Factors Including But Not Limited To The Candidate's Experience, Skills, Registration Status; Market Conditions; And Business Needs.This Salary Range Does Not Include Other Elements Of Total Compensation, Including A Discretionary Bonus And Benefits Such As A 401(K) Program With Company-Matching Contributions; Health, Dental, Vision, Life And Disability Insurance; And Paid Time-Off Plan.
