Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Technician

Job Location - Acton, Massachusetts, 01720

Job Duration: 8 months

Pay Rate -$24 - $27.60/hr

Shift time - 6 am to 6pm - Fri-sun

The pay rate includes 15% shift differential for night shift.

Responsibilities:

Perform equipment setup, operation, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks according to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Maintain machine raw material feeds, clear stoppages, and troubleshoot mechanical errors or process issues.

Utilize Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to monitor and correct process control deviations.

Prepare raw materials and ensure jobs are completed on time to meet production schedules.

Execute equipment inspections and generate corrective, preventative, or emergency work orders as needed.

Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of machinery.

Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, etc.) to verify product tolerances.

Work from specifications, work orders, and general instructions from supervisors.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), including material handling, recordkeeping, packaging, and shipment preparation.

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintain a clean production environment.

Collaborate with small groups and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, identify, and implement corrective actions.

Notify supervisor of any discrepancies to maintain quality standards and operational safety.

Physical Requirements (if applicable):

• Required to stand for at least 75% of working time per shift, with walking at least 50% of working time per shift.
