Pay Range: $38,000 - $55,000

The Retail Activation Coordinator - Brand Protection & Co Brand plays a dual role in safeguarding brand integrity and supporting co branded retail activation initiatives across all retail channels. This position oversees brand protection processes, manages violation reporting platforms, and supports enforcement actions to ensure consistent application of pricing and promotional guidelines. In parallel, the role contributes to the planning, coordination, and execution of co branded marketing campaigns, enabling timely delivery of high quality creative assets and retail programs.

Success in this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, effective cross functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining brand consistency and driving retail performance.

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

Brand Protection & Compliance Management



  • Oversee the Brand Protection Portal; manage submitted reports and retailer requests; monitor and respond to inbox inquiries; maintain organized case records; issue Brand Protection letters based on weekly meeting decisions.
  • Manage and report online MAPP violations in weekly meetings; send violation notices via the portal; identify and report trends related to violations; maintain authorized dealer records within the platform.
  • Prepare and maintain the weekly meeting deck with violation details; manage meeting agendas; document follow up notes and track action items.
  • Schedule secret shop evaluations; manage completed reports; ensure timely follow up on violations and compliance actions.
  • Update and maintain AWDM guidelines annually and as needed; assist in developing new guidelines for MAPP pricing, new programs, products, and updates
  • Compile year end reports on violation trends across platforms; pull data for retailer specific reporting or violation spikes throughout the year.



Co Brand Campaign Planning & Execution



  • Coordinate creative development and asset production (e.g., Launch materials, Quarterly Guides, AdBuilder templates), ensuring timely delivery and quality standards across retail touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop assets for AdBuilder templates and Toolbox sliders.
  • Coordinate with the Sealy Brand Team to develop SNAP campaigns (assets, overviews, and Hub campaigns).
  • Oversee production timelines for recurring content builds and promotional assets.



Cross Functional Collaboration



  • Support add on programs (e.g., Pillows, Toppers, Adapt Online) and floor model events.
  • Maintain calendars for expiring licenses/awards; manage applicable asset removal and retailer communication.
  • Review and approve Buying Group creative campaigns to ensure brand alignment and compliance.



Performance Tracking, Reporting & Process Improvement



  • Monitor asset utilization and campaign performance; provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation and Toolbox resources for consistent execution.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline campaign workflows and improve creative output efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):



  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
  • 1 - 3 years experience in marketing campaign execution, brand compliance, or project management.
  • Strong business acumen with analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to make holistic decisions with an understanding of financial implications.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, CMS, project management software).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel to Sales/Marketing team events (approximately 5%).
